Our Goals
The RMTAO Board of Directors has developed a Strategic Plan outlining the areas of strategic priority for the RMTAO including programs and services, governance, management and administration and business planning and resources. It also includes the initiatives the RMTAO will undertake to help us achieve our strategic priorities.
Strategic Priorities
We have four Strategic Priorities outlined in the Strategic Plan.

- Review and affirm programs and services to advance the Association's vision and mission.
- Governance Framework
- Strengthen effective non-profit governance structure and processes.
- Management and Administration
- Strengthen and expand management and administrative functions of the Association.
- Business plan and resources
- Create an innovative, risk-informed business planning framework.
